How many players were hurt ...

Handzus (broken wrist & torn ligament),
Shawzy (bleeding from a puck to the cheek)
Hossa (pinched disk in his back - couldn't feel his feet!!),
Bergeron (Iron Man - broken rib, torn cartilege & separated shoulder),

... and they still played their hearts out.

Damn I love hockey!!

For the 2013 STANLEY CUP CHAMPS!!!!

Unbelievable ending to a gut-wrenching series! When they tied it @ 1 minute, I got up to get a glass of water...got half way to the kitchen and told the husband, "I'll just wait 'til intermission before OT". IT WAS FATE! I would have missed the winning goal!

It happened so fast, I didn't realize what happened. Talk about "surreal"! I hadn't stopped celebrating Bickell's goal at the time. And, Bolland was about the last guy I thought would score the game-winner, short of the goaltender. Good for him!
