I'll be leaving for my appointment to get my ankle looked at here in a few minutes. I'm anticipating being able to do the things I need to do again. If I could add a sprinkling of another emotion it would be anxious. The ankle still hurts and is swollen so things may not go the way I think. But I'm cool.

3. Um, not sure how to describe it.

I have to go downtown as soon as some documents arrive via overnight. Downtown kind of has a bad association with me from last year, so I get a little anxious. Not parking in the same parking garage as last year, that's for sure - I was such a mess that day I got confused and started going the wrong way on Jefferson Avenue, the main road along the riverfront.

Then I have to take docs out to a downriver suburb, so that will be ok and let me decompress.
