I'm multi-tasking. I have loads of laundry in the washer and dryer, have dinner in the crockpot, just picked strawberries in the back yard, and am headed out to do yardwork.

All while working my way through the entire series of Arrested Development on Netflix. George Bluth was just kidnapped by his ditzy secretary/mistress and held for ransome, so the Bluth boys are about to break Lucille out of rehab to carry out some rescue scheme. Yeah, that should go well!

My favorite cop 'buddy movie from the 80s.

There's a scene with Gregory Hines and Billy Crystal without their shirts in Key West. Both are kind of a rail-thin ripped.

These days Crystal is bloated and Hines, sadly, is dead.

Jimmy Smits looks pretty much the same.

The NHL draft is today, my team, the Carolina Hurricanes, have the highest pick likely to be traded (#5 overall)...I'm reading the trade rumors because teams are throwing crazy offers at the Hurricanes for the opportunity to pick someone who may become a superstar. (but probably won't.)

is PMSing, and has a sinus infection. My daughter doesn't give a shit about anything other than her boyfriend's schong.

And I am starting a new job in two weeks, two states away.

Other than that, everything is just fucking wonderful.

11. Packing for either 2 or 4 weeks in Europe.

We're definitely going for 2 weeks, and won't know until after we've left whether we'll be there for 2 more for work.

So, we're taking 3 computers and an iPad instead of 1 computer and iPad, a camera kit with tripod, extra clothes and assorted work stuff.

Luckily the client will pay for the extra bag and our flight home if we need to stay the extra time. A bit stressful, but it's going to be fun.

Blowing off a family reunion (wifes side) blaming a tooth ache that isn't nearly as bad as yesterday,when my wife insisted I stay home...

By doing the above,I'm also avoiding having the inevitable "words" with my wifes batshit insane,snake handling type of bible thumping,teabagger aunt,after she says the one crazy thing too many and I just can't help myself any longer,and which will be greeted equally with looks of horror and knowing smirks,yet results in everyones agreement that I shouldn't have come...
