Oh, and I went to see a chiropractor.

Have some compressed disks in my back, inability to turn my head all of the way left, and sciatica.

So, he is doing his thing on me over the next couple of months.

And, it fucking hurts when he does it.

Good thing I'm like Mysterion, I can't die.

But, I already feel a difference in the range of motion in my neck.

After falling down a flight of tile stairs (Christmas eve, spent the night in the hospital) I was sent to rehab . The exercises they had me do certainly helped me.

Lay on your back, with hips flat on the floor, pull each leg toward your chest opposite to the leg lifted. Do this with each repetition being closer to your chest. It will hurt like hell at first, but by spreading out your hips it opens up the vertebrae. Not sure about neck compressions, but I am sure there are many exercises on line you can check into.

Good luck. Back pain is worse than child birth i my opinion.
