with as self-important a voice as is possible) my other cardiologist (I'd like to introduce
you to my cardiologist Daryl... and my other cardiologist Daryl).

Passed with flying colors.

Not passed as in "left this mortal coil" nor passed as in letting them examine/bear witness
to the quality, quantity, frequency and/or just plain AWESOMENESS of my flatulence.

I done good on all my tests... THAT kind of "passed".

I'm gonna stop off on the way home and celebrate with a bottle of MD 20/20 or some

Actually, I never drank much at home (as in "nothing" -- though I might blast through a fifth of Scotch at a bar).

One New Year's Eve, when I was visiting here in Tucson, MiddleFingerMomMom told me they had a liquor cabinet
FULL of top shelf alcohol and, since neither one of THEM drank anymore, i would be doing them a favor If I were
to "get rid of some of it" for them. She was really PUSHING this alcohol on me -- getting to the point where she
wasn't going to take "no" for an answer.

I quietly reminded her that it wasn't a very smart idea to mix heroin and alcohol.

In the half-second between that registering and the look of abject HORROR that was starting to distort her face,
I said... even MORE quietly...
