Matter of fact I had a cassette of 'Sgt. Pepper' back in Kindergarten - one of the first albums I ever owned, along with Tom Petty's 'Full Moon Fever.'

Not just the Beatles but also the Stones, the Kinks, Cream, the Who, Jethro Tull and too many more to begin to list. I can honestly say I grew up during an exceptional period in music history.

Also a fair amount of 21st-century stuff, but mostly metal. Recent pop/rock/indie stuff doesn't interest me as much, though I do like Beach House quite a bit.

'68-'72 era Stones ('Beggar's Banquet' through 'Exile') were arguably the greatest rock'n'roll band ever, period. And Cream and the Who had perhaps the most raw talent, at every instrument, in pop music history.

when he said the song wasn't about LSD. You would have to be tripping not to know that he is explaining from personal experience an LSD trip.
