I'm on a streak of alerted posts that are about five levels down in a gnarly flamewar. 
this was Really Fast just now. Kind of dread election season if this is any indication 
cell phone. On my laptop at home now and it rarely happens on it. 
finally the jury notice popped up and let me get all the way to registering my vote before that message popped up. 
I recently switched to Google Chrome and the past few day's occurrences were the first for Chrome, so maybe it is a system glitch rater than browser related.
