Someone posted a very similar joke some time back and my answer was 100:

80 to filibuster the Democrats who want to pass a bill requiring cheap long lasting CFLs be used as the replacement bulb.
5 to receive bribes from the current non CFL bulb manufacturers.
5 to work on a special committee dedicated to making the current bulbs less efficient, more expensive and dirtier to manufacture.
5 to appear on FOX news and other outlets complaining about how the democrats CFL bulbs will put every american out of work and hand the country over to China.
3 to put an order in to China for the non CFLs.
1 to personally hand deliver the bulb from china aboard his private jet while spending tax payer money on parties and wining and dining.
1 to hand the bulb over to the 10 year old child immigrant labourer who screws the bulb in.
