The only thing that throws me off is the proportions on the cheese-steak: either those are really big fries, or the effect of having the fries in the foreground, makes the sandwich look a bit small (although it's clearly a good-sized serving on closer inspection). The ribs, on the other hand, look enormous...
...I have another client who offers a Philly Cheese Steak, and while it is small, having the fries in the front made it look like a slider. The sandwich in the photo above is ample, but the fries are probably making it look smaller than it actually is.
The ribs ARE huge. That IS a full-sized dinner plate they're sitting on. I really like both restaurants...everything is home made. For anyone unfamiliar with Pahrump, this is the HOME of "casino food" ("All-you-can-eat" buffet lines) and fast food (we don't have a Jack In The Box, Wendy's, or In 'n' Out, but we have pretty much everything else).
I'm a pretty decent cook and don't eat out a lot but knowing there are places in town serving "real" food is comforting.
