WWYD? No blinds or curtain lady..

There is this lady in our sub division that has no blinds or curtains period..she is an older lady, but walks around her house naked....she does not appear to be senile...her house faces the road....I could understand if her house faced the back, but it doesn't

Basically at night, all is illuminated...She lives alone, I am concerned for her safety but don't want to invade her privacy either. WWYD?

1. Anonymous note.

I'd consider leaving an anonymous note focusing on how you're worried about her safety and try not to mention the nudity. But that's just me.

On Edit: Yes, I do consider it somewhat cowardly to leave an anonymous note. I'd have to weight that against being able to look her in the face on the sidewalk or at the market though.

In most places, it's not illegal to be naked in your own home even if you can be seen from outside.

The exception to this is if you're intentionally doing it to create a lascivious display and/or acting to draw attention to your nakedness....for example if you're standing in your bay window masturbating at pedestrians or wearing a strobe light.

(I know this because I had a nudist neighbor down the block who used to walk around his house with the blinds open. Never bothered me, because I had the good sense not to look in other people's windows...but it bugged the shit out of the local morality brigade.)

I'd probably go with the anonymous note. Something like "I don't know if you realize this, but when you walk around in your living room naked passers-by can see you from the road. I just thought you should know." Then, if her behavior doesn't change, clearly she doesn't care.

I just smiled. (His window's translucent so it's not a free-for-all).

I like the anonymous note route. Spares feelings and yet might give her a dose of reality.

9. Weirdos can be turned on, but her safety is another thing all together.

If your trying to say she could be sexually attacked, I don't think her nakedness has anything to do with it. Sexual attacks are about violence not nakedness.
