2. Flying squirrels are funny

We had a nest of them on the farm growing up. Spent many hours just watching them.

... to barking maniacally at the back patio doors by simply WHISPERING the word "squirrel".

She WANTED a squirrel. She cornered a rabbit in a garage once and was obviously lost as
to what to do next (she was an uber-sweetheart), so I imagine she would have done the
same thing had she ever "caught" one.

5. Squirrels have be teasing dogs for about five million years

It's pretty much in their nature.

6. They are big teases

They must know to the millimeter how far a dog's teeth can reach. They race around the top of a fenced yard like the are on the autobon.

I think the are cute and keep a supply of seeds and peanuts for them.

Bob the cat was another story. He hunted them and brought a baby squirrel into our basement. It was a 24 hour comedy of errors including a special visit from a squirrel-lady.
