My (onsite) landlord is looking for another tenant. The last one moved out...

... around the middle of July. She needs the income, but she's not desperate-stupid.

Yeah, yeah... I know. She picked me, didn't she?

Ha-ha. Fucking ha.

Anyways, yesterday this guy she was doing an initial phone interview with asked
her, "Do you ever have a fling with a tenant?"

It quickly got much creepier than that and she brushed him off.

I keep thinking these two things:

#1. HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA WHAT A MAROON!!!
