So has some baking soda in it. Spritzer I thought has flavorings added. Tonic water has quinine added. Seltzer is just bubbles to regular water vs mineral water.

It's soda water mixed with wine usually or fruit juice.

Sparkling just refers to carbonated water, although sometimes it can mean spring fed mineral water that is naturally carbonated.

Soda in it's purest sense is carbonated water, although it can contain other ingredients like sugar and flavorings. Club soda is carbonated water that may have other minerals added.

Seltzer is carbonated water.

Tonic water has quinine, and usually sugar and other flavorings.
