On the one hand, it really is one hell of an awesome sax riff, but it was also directly responsible for all of the other horrible sax solos that producers kept shoehorning into songs all through the 80s.

around in the back seat of my older sisters' car in San Clemente, California, windows down, going to the beach. I love the song, but the nostalgia is so strong sometimes I feel like I'm going to keel over.

Love the sax in it. Love it.

I you spent as much time in bars in Indiana as I did in the 80's and 90's, You can relate with the absolute hatred I have for that gawd awful song.

This little Indi-pop band from Vancouver did a really nice cover of Be My Baby. I've always liked the sax in the original as well.

"Night in Tunisia". The only one who could come close was John Coltrane. Unfortunately, "Night in Tunisia" is almost impossible to find.
