1. Yup!

And I love it... I drove home from work at 3AM last night and believe it or not 128 STILL had traffic!

128 has to be the worst road on the planet.

coz I'm trying my hardest not to get hit by the maniacs that drive that route.

5. I miss the 128 , the 93 and the 95

route 9 ----give me those any day over the 405 and 101 in La-la Land

7. 495 is another death trap

and 93 into Boston. Holy crap, that'll scare the pants off ya.

9. There is a stretch of road between Oakland and Richmond, CA

that is both I-80 east and I-580 west.

If you follow I-280 south to San Jose and go past US 101, it turns into I-680 north. This stretch of road does, in fact, run east-west. As do the whole of I-95 and US 1 north/south through Connecticut -- between New Haven and New London, due east-west!

10. How in hell does anyone find their way around in this country?

Go to Lynn MA where the one way streets that went east for decades now go one way west. Getting around downtown is a nightmare, never mind the junkies and gangs.
