fuc*king scammers!

Our checking account was cleared out last night!

Twice now in the same week...

Earlier in the week my wife's card was comprimised to the tune of $14, 000. Joke's on them for thinking we had that amount on hand...however it locked my wife's account all up.

Turns out, now my card has been affected, and now the checking account is showing a *major* negative balance.

It gets worse...

Today we were supposed to take final delivery/payment of our wedding photographs!

Fuc*king scammer scumbags!

Best part is, the CU is closed until Monday morning, so this roller coaster could continue all weekend long...

Every time I check any account on-line now, I have an instant of fear right before seeing the balance,
wondering if somebody will have hacked it. I don't know what the alternative is--keep cash locked in a
fire proof, burglar-proof box in the house?

I hope your accounts are protected and at least the only 'loss' will be the time and hassle
of getting it sorted out.

Especially dopers.

My sister had an old reel-type lawn mower, she went inside to go to the john, came back out and somebody had stolen the lawn mower.

I had three bicycles stolen.

And now that "card-reading" tech is available pretty cheap, several of my relatives have had their credit card numbers stolen and used.
