I have one in the trees of the hill right outside my apartment. I'm on the 4th floor and I first spotted it about 2 years ago. I saw this huge bird on a tree branch, I couldn't figure out what it was, until I saw the head turn almost all the way around, and then it took off & its wing span told me what it was.

It wasn't around last year, that I saw. But this year, well last night I fell asleep to its "hooting".
