Texas, such laws making cohabitation illegal are unconstitutional (North Carolina Superior Court judge Benjamin Alford struck down the North Carolina law as unconstitutional on that basis).[19] The Supreme Court of Virginia found the commonwealth's (unenforced) law making fornication (sex between unmarried persons) unconstitutional in Martin v. Ziherl.

Fornication is also illegal here.
And we still have a sodomy law on the books.
If they ever catch me, I'm looking at two class B misdemeanors and a third degree felony. Write to me in prison, willya?
