Good timing Meow, I was searching every group last week, to see if anyone had written about my recent problem . . . it just didn't seem to fit in with the other groups. I'm not a big poster, but I spend more time here than anywhere else. (including facebook)

It DOES open up the idea to having separate Depression and Anxiety groups and others for different diagnoses beyond the Mental Health Support group. I'd support that too given I suffer from both. But I can see some arguing that it would be spreading things too thinly.

I also suffer from depression. It's pretty common for people with ADHD to have depression and/or anxiety, too. Look at the way the world treats us, accusing us of being lazy and not trying when in fact we do our best, as if we CHOSE not to be able to focus--and you'll see why so many of us get depressed.
