The immediate shift from "baby in there" to "easy to digest" and "tummies" makes me think they're inadvertently (maybe) perpetuating the myth.

Cute kid though, and I'll bet it makes a lot of parents hope their kids don't turn to them and say "YEAH! How DID that happen?"
