RESTRICTED has been calling my cell phone. What gives with this?

Is it somebody calling me who's hiding their number?

Last one was an electric bill scamming company and I asked them why they were calling the USS Enterprise and to stop wasting Picard's space minutes.

Not necessarily a telemarketer or spammer.

It was a glitch between our different providers.

I have had some telemarketer/spam callers, but they were never "RESTRICTED".

Numbers always showed up.

Just sayin'
