(34,111 posts)I have never tasted it, will not ever taste it, refuse to be tempted. I am afraid of it. Seriously. I sounds heavenly.

(102,283 posts)I've avoided mall cinnabons for the same reason.
I have finally learned in my older age that if I don't taste I will be OK. I have tremendous will power if I never indulge. I have indulged too much in my life and now have a nasty old lady pot belly that is killing me trying to get rid of it. I will die without the taste of Nutella ever crossing my taste buds. Hopefully that means I will die without the old lady pot belly but I am losing that battle

(34,111 posts)My youngest son was in Paris doing a recording session and he is the one who came home with that jar. He brought it all the way from Paris. He, of course, really does not do lots of grocery shopping so he did not know it was available here. Still, there it sits smirking at me. I grab my mid section and walk right past it.

Seriously... I even learned how to make crepes, but pretty soon, it was just scoops out of the jar!
Tell your son to avoid Costco.... they have the mega sized jars in a heavily discounted 2-pak.

(34,111 posts)He is skinny and seems to be able to eat anything.
I have a picture in my mind of you (and I have no clue what you look like so I was nice) sitting in a corner with your legs crossed, a frantic rather paranoid look in your eyes with a large jar of Nutella. One hand is raised toward your stained mouth with a glob of the delicious spread dripping out between your fingers.

(102,283 posts)Honestly, I'd get sick of it by the end of the day and wake up craving it the next.... Evil, evil, stuff!
RebelOne
(30,947 posts)that I am trying to get rid of by not eating tempting goodies like Nutella. But you do not want to die without at least tasting it. And you will die with a smile on your face.
I will make that a death bed request!

(20,176 posts)It's too tall for the shelves in my fridge, costs $80. Money well spent.
(This isn't me. I cribbed this picture off Amazon for its value comparing the size of the jar to a person's head.)
