Very happy for these pups. Very important to buy products that do NOT test on animals. Flaxbee Feb 2012 #2

I'll go further and say it's important to buy products with NO animal products in them (including meat) but that's harder for many to do, I know.

named Marlow. We got him a year ago from a rescue who got him out of the SPCA. Evidently after the Beagle hits a certain age they don't want to use them anymore so they put them there. We are his first family. He didn't understand any commands, is still difficult on walks and the poor guy did not like the feel of grass on his paws for a while. We don't know exactly how old he is but they think between 6-9 y.o. I would guess 7-8. He has a little shake in his front legs and there is a long string of numbers tattooed in his right ear (i.d. numbers for the experiments). My friend thinks they tested Viagra or Cialis out on him because even though they neutered him (right before we got him!), his "red rocket" can be seen frequently. Other than that, he is a happy little guy - a bit chunky but very friendly and he prefers people over other dogs.

He's got his head on his "sister's" back:
