(24,146 posts)my bestie is coming to town next weekend. it's her birthday next week and i wanted to bake her a cake, but she's gluten intolerant, so i'm taking the recipe for a test drive tonight.

(118,830 posts)intolerant family. Once, somebody covered a flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream, marzipan, toasted almond slices and drizzled it all with caramel sauce. The best dessert I've ever had hands down.

(118,830 posts)few years. I made a gluten free white sauce that turned out really well with gluten free all purpose flour. For my brother. I have to get tested actually. Three of my sister's kids tested positive for celiac too.

Then I sprinkle a little salt and drizzle a little Cholula. Devine!

(35,015 posts)I put it on a lot of things, even steamed veggies. It's a great substitute for butter/margarine if you like spice.

(edit to add) Another good thing on popcorn (with or without hot sauce) is lime juice.
