Steven Colbert would be an intriguing figure as a president. Whether he stayed in character or not, it would make for interesting times.
Tina Fey. She seems smart enough to handle it, and then some. Plus the RW would be happy because they would think it was Palin.

With longer consideration, I would probably turn to more local or less known figures.
