every day. So I have to get my successes where I can. Yes I lost weight this week. And I only ate broccoli twice this week for dinner and oatmeal once. This is a manageable way to lose weight.

.... I just started water aerobics and yoga at the start of the month.

At this point in my life it doesn't matter what I eat, I can't lose via dieting, and I've been a several-mile-a-day walker for years so unless I up that to the point of injuring myself, I won't lose that way. Hoping the change in activities helps.
