The cardamom pilsner has finished secondary fermentation

Damn, this stuff is good.

Now I'm going to cold condition half of it and warm condition half of it and see which way tastes better.

Go easy with it, though: it's very strong and very expensive.

It's a lot more widely used in food here than back home, so this way my beer goes better with take-out.
