I had people like that in one apartment place I lived in I sure with I would have thought of that one.

(99 posts)2. Sounds like one of my neighbors. You can tell when he's home because he's screaming.
Mostly he screams at his kids, but often at his wife - and she screams back. This goes on for hours, and you can hear them even if the windows are shut. Summer is obviously worse. Note: this is a neighborhood of single-family homes and he's three houses down.
SurPRISE! The kids have learned to scream back! His response is to scream "SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP! AND DON'T YOU YELL AT ME!" Gee, ya gotta wonder where the kids learned to scream (sarcasm).

I'd do it a lot until the fines got to be enough that he decides to move someplace rural on 15 acres where nobody else needs to listen to that shit but the squirrels.
