And was worried I said it incorrectly.

I was in Louisville, Kentucky, and tried the "signature" dish, the Hot Brown. Sort of a Welsh Rarebit on steroids:

"The Hot Brown is an open-faced sandwich of turkey and bacon, covered in Mornay sauce and baked or broiled until the bread is crisp and the sauce begins to brown."

The Hot Brown I ate (part of) had mushrooms, tomato, cheddar cheese as well as the above ingredients. Good, but very, very rich and far too much for one meal!
