enjoying a few boulevard wheats on my porch, there's a flourless chocolate cake cooling and it's fried chicken for supper tonight. you will hear no complaints from me.

1. well, it was return day from our two weeks at the coast on vacation...

right now I am waiting for the Sox to score some runs on Detroit. All things considering, it is a good night - back with our three cats!

3. Pretty darn good, now, my dear fizzgig!

I made a very yummy beef stew today, and it was delicious.

And I'm especially happy since now I know why my backside has been hurting me for the last 10 days, off and on.

I have a pinched nerve, and the treatment has started..........and it's working.

I'm getting a lot of relief from the steroids, with just an occasional twinge from the poor pinched nerve. It really isn't bad at all, thank goodness.

watching a marvelous documentary called "Wasteland".

Cannnot recommend it highly enough.
