right now I am waiting for the Sox to score some runs on Detroit. All things considering, it is a good night - back with our three cats!

I made a very yummy beef stew today, and it was delicious.

And I'm especially happy since now I know why my backside has been hurting me for the last 10 days, off and on.

I have a pinched nerve, and the treatment has started..........and it's working.

Your Saturday night sounds really nice too!

I'm getting a lot of relief from the steroids, with just an occasional twinge from the poor pinched nerve. It really isn't bad at all, thank goodness.

watching a marvelous documentary called "Wasteland".

Cannnot recommend it highly enough.
It has restored my faith in humanity.

Renowned artist Vik Muniz embarks on one of the most inspired collaborations of his career, joining creative forces with Brazilian garbage pickers who mine treasure from the trash heaps of Rio de Janeiro's Jardim Gramacho landfill.

It has very surprising turns, so heartfelt. The end of the film has information you will not want to miss, either.

All of my friends have moved away and I miss my ex-gf. I'm still trying to deal with not being with her anymore.
