Due to the exponential increase in technology and the great number of younger people who, worldwide, might not learn anything about Mao.

OTOH, by sheer population in China, Mao is a good bet.

Other than that? Probably Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Osama Bin Laden, and Mao Zedong.

Contemporary and alive? I'd say Dalai Lama, President Obama and Vladimir Putin.

at least those who watch movies.







I would hope it would be Mao but there might be lots of young persons who weren't alive when his photos were in the news, who don't bother looking at historic photos, and might not know him.

He's been in the public eye for so long I wonder if younger people remember how gorgeous he was when he was young.

She's been around for quite a while, and her image is on billions of coins, bills, and stamps. Besides, I've always thought she's quite pretty.
