GRAVITY. It's freaking awesome. AWESOME! (no spoilers)

First, the tension is incredible. And for once 3D works beautifully in enhancing the plot. Sandra Bullock must have hurt like hell while filming it, even accounting for special effects and stunt people. Her acting had me afraid to breathe, and for good reason. And is she good-looking for 50? Hell, she's incredible looking, period. And there's no hiding.

George Clooney is great too, but he's being George Clooney. She's a woman who rises to the level of HERO, in the classic sense, and I loved every minute of it.

One note: If you have motion sickness, take some dramamine.

That movie is exceptional in every way.

And it is Sandy's best performance ever, and yes, she looks fantastic.

Saw it yesterday. Has to be the most exciting movie I've seen in a loooong time. Bullock is fabulous in every sense. The camera work is amazing. And, 3-D actually works.

Hardy har har.

Been a big fan for 20 years or so. Probably won't get to see this one in the theater, but I'm glad to see her in roles that really showcase her ability.

She barely made it through Elysium. Too much movement.

I've obviously never been in space, but I now have a pretty good idea of what it's like.

No less than Buzz Aldrin and Mark Kelly have praised this movie for its realism, and they would certainly know.

when it becomes one of the free movies. I hate to go to movie theaters because I do not like waiting in a line or the crowds inside.

No line and no crowds. This fine little theatre could use the business. Full Dolby surround sound, which was great with this movie. 2-D, 3-D, wide screen, comfortable seats… and you can go sop up some wine afterward.

I won't give away the ending, but I do believe that was an intentional take-home message.

and it is one of the most visually stunning movies I've ever seen. I saw "Avatar" on a similar screen when it came out and THAT was visually stunning as well.

If they don't at least get an Oscar nomination for best Visual Effects/Special Effects, then there is something wrong with the Academy.

I haven't seen the movie, but gravity is, indeed, awesome because it keeps stuff from floating away.
