Double click that. Click it twice with the left button. No not the right button. I dont know why you have to do it with the left button, it's just the way it is. Your desktop is the thing that you see on your computer when nothing is running. No no you don't need to download another free trial of antivirus. Why do you have 5 free antivirus programs running? No, hold down the button "ctrl", "alt", and "del" at the same time. The "del" is in the upper right hand. No you dont have to hold them down with your right hand. No no, just open your front door and toss the computer into the street.

My Dad asks for help from me on a regular basis. My brother is the Network Administrator for a HUGE, well known University, but Dad calls me. I wonder if that's because he hung up on my brother when he heard his head hitting the desk repeatedly.

He claims that there is some (non-existent) requirement to possess a MCSE and A+ certification to run that kind of consultancy and computer repair. He's wrong but you can't convince him to do what he has convinced himself is impossible.
