Hmm....I woke up at 8:15 - so much for success for me.
And....where on that list is using the bathroom? So successful people go through that list of 5 and end up with a mess in their pants?
No sex?
That's quite a list of stuff to get through before 8 AM -

(8,217 posts)It would be nice to be able to sleep early enough to merit waking up at 5 AM. Sh-t, sometimes I'm awake till that time.
I work out at nights, since that is the only time I found to do it on.
Yeah, my morning is a failure based on that.
I wake up at 7 nowadays. I take as long a shower as I could. It is my moment of Zen.

The thrust of the list is that we should all want to be more like "CEOs and government officials" -- Shag that nonsense!
The five habits of spiritually fulfilled people:
1. Do no harm
2. Live in the moment
3. Be the change you wish to see in the world
4. Keep the TV turned off.
5. Find peace, beauty and satisfaction in the people, plants, animals and experiences that come to you.

(857 posts)Breakfast has never been part of my schedule, I don't map out my day as I pay my secretary to do that, I work out before dinner, and I'd much rather "do" than "visualize."
