We may have to take one from Logan to our daughter's house.

(14,498 posts)1. At least 15%. OK: 8 bucks.
(Disclosure: I'm an ex-cab driver. But why not?)

(82,333 posts)2. When I drive a cab it usually worked out to 25%. But those were usually short trips.
Ten bucks should do it.

(203 posts)6. It depends. If I puke in the back of the cab 20.00, if the driver
keeps my change at the toll booth zip, nada, nothing. I hate that. So remember if you're drunk and puke you owe them a twenty at least, but I wouldn't expect to have to clean it up because after all you did give the driver a twenty. Hope that helps, have fun!

(31,389 posts)7. I usually tip cab drivers 20%--sometimes more--but have been known
to reduce the tip if I know I've been taken for a 'ride'.
