Just realized I've been with DU one year.

It's become quite a consuming interest in my life - too much time spent here really.
I don't pick up the phone & call friends as much as I used to and should.
But I've gotten to know many of the personalities around here, even though they're not aware of it.
I've made ca 900 posts so far - ca 2 1/2 per day.
I put some people on ignore very quickly, which has proven to be a good thing.

Looking forward to my second year here on DU.
Tonight's a good night.
The government will open tomorrow.
All's right with world.

here as my first source.
I'm not particularly interested in debating issues. - I like to think that, if given the factual info and the sources, I can form my opinion.
Not many Democrats in my social world, so I don't discuss politics much, though it's been one of my consuming interests most of my life.
