Given that she didn't think this would ever be heard by anyone, and that she's done this for years and years, I think it's possible she was just acting and not bothering to sing. I'm not a fan of prerecorded concert performances and I'm far from a Brittany fan but I expect she can sing fine when she isn't dancing and better than that when she is if she's trying.

Indeed, she has said that it was unrealistic to expect her to sing and dance with equal vigor. She once cancelled some tour dates because she'd hurt her knee. Unless it was giving her too much pain, a REAL singer would have sat on a stool and let her other dancers do the work.

Anyway, Linda McCartney was just a backup, not a lead.
