Valley, Schoharie River Valley, Northern Taconics, Southern
Vermont And Southern Litchfield Hills.
* Hazard Types, Snow, Mixed With A Little Sleet And Freezing
Rain.
* Ice Accumulations, A Trace Up To A Tenth Of An Inch.
* Snow Accumulations, 2 To 6 Inches With Higher Amounts Located
Across Higher Elevations.
* Maximum Snowfall Rates, Ranging From A Half An Inch Per Hour Up
To An Inch Per Hour.
* Timing, Precipitation Will Begin Late This Afternoon And
Initial Start Out As A Brief Period Of Wintry Mix, Before
Quickly Transitioning To All Snow Late This Evening. The
Heaviest Snowfall Looks To Occur Tonight Before Diminishing
Towards Daybreak.

(72,300 posts)I was walking around in my damp towel, trying to pick out something comfortable for the drive when my phone rang.
The trucking company also has several snow plowing contracts up there. The boss sent word for me to stay off the road today. Nice guy. Plus he wants me around to work with his drivers next year.
