with a dab of peanut butter on the "air" side and over a tall kitchen garbage. They run into the tube, head for the PB and tip themselves and everything else in the can. Next morning you can drive them over to the nearest republican congressman's house with instructions to live long and prosper.

i never saw a speck on the counter so i had to go for plan 'b'
