Just had a Christmas dinner xpost cooking

Had visitors through to about 12.30 so we cooked this evening:

Pheasant with stuffing
Goose fat roast potatoes
Honey glazed parsnips
Roast baby turnip
Roast sweet peppers
Shredded Brussels sprouts in a white sauce
Onion Gravy with a poultry stock.
