If so, the goal of the ad is 'referencing'. To have access to this attractive female would mean a man is a manly-man. We all know from TV, that manly-men are the best men, they get laid and stuff. Testosterone can take the viewer, a girly-man and make him a manly-man, worthy of that lovely lady's attention.
If she was not hot, well then, never mind.
