My third week since hip replacement!!!

Pain is down alot, and starting to work on strength training next week I go to outpatient Physical Therapy!

I hear that's always the worst of most such surgery. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.

2. Thanks, the surgical pain is terrible, but all the old chronic pain is gone!!!!

Its amazing!!!

I feel actually balanced, less muscle aches, even did a sword Kata practice this morning, course I am paying for it, had to take three painkillers to get everything to subside.
