The cold blast changed her mind.
She looked at me and ran back to bed.
It is cold and nasty here.

(115,732 posts)She often lurks near the door so she can bolt out before I can catch her. But yesterday, when it was below zero, she zipped out the door and suddenly stopped still on the snow-covered porch, with a look of horror on her little furry face. In about two seconds she did a 180 and dashed back inside. She hasn't tried to go out since.

(5,946 posts)She wants to go out, then a minute later she wants in, then 10 minutes later she wants out. Right now, Ishe is pouting because I said no more outside until after 11PM - I must have let her out and in 15 times already - and one time I took her out while I cleaned off the car and she kept barking until I let her in.

(28,394 posts)the baby (she is 3!) goes out and won't move because she is so cold. Poor little thing. We have to carry her back in. She hasn't had any accidents in the house, though.

(30,745 posts)when it was cold outside, as if the cold weather was my fault. Then he would flounce away from the door and find a patch of sunlight to sleep in.
