The former is also my choice for tornado warnings, but only if mattresses are downstairs in the back of the store.

Hell, Fleet farm would be the best store to take refuge in in case of Zombie apocalypse. From the merchandise in your average Fleet Farm, one could build an amphibious escape vehicle with complete with gunports, chainsaw ports, heated seats, and cupholders. Not to mention that you'd also have enough food to last a while while building said vehicle.

Maybe you can answer a question that's been on my mind for about fifteen years since I was last in Littleton. I recall an ice cream shack or building that wasn't on the main drag, but somewhere nearby. It had the best ice cream I've ever tasted. Does that ring a bell? Some kind of a family place. Window service.

But if I have to pick a store, then, I go with Macy's, since it is about the only full service department store left. As a kid, I would have picked The Broadway -- great store!

And preferably one that comes equipped with a weather control machine that allows me to keep the blizzard going for a long, long time. And has an attached vegan restaurant.

That seems an unlikely business model, however.
