4. I had one place where they wanted me to change the password every 6 months.

and they wouldn't let me reuse an old password.
I finally got pissed and made it 1Goddamnclusterfuck. It's been 4 years now and they haven't asked me to change it. I think they're afraid to find out what my new one would be.

5. We have to change ours every 60 days and

the first character must be upper case, the password must contain at least one number and it must be 15 characters long.

It is a huge pain in the rear end.

6. I have to change mine...

every 90 days. Every one of them contains an obscenity. What kills me is I start getting warnings 14 days ahead of time. Warn me about day 3. Luckily, I can use the same one after 6 different passwords, so I only have to remember six obscenities
