Who understands phone capabilities?
Are there gadgets out there that can tell when the phone number they're trying to reach has caller ID? I had two calls come in from the Florida east coast which did capture names and numbers of the individuals--so, probably not telemarketing. I just couldn't figure out why they didn't just try to get through to confirm they had a wrong number.
