What's the over/under on Shane surviving tomorrow's 'Walking Dead'? (Original Post) WilliamPitt Feb 2012 OP

I'd say pretty good. His image is in the main opening titles, which would be expensive to redo. REP Feb 2012 #2

he provides pretty much all the conflict, I can't see them killing him off. But then, I haven't read the graphic novels either, so maybe he does

Personally I'd like both him and Lori to disappear, they annoy me.

That'd leave a few episodes for him to come back and get "killed" again. I think Dale's gonna check out pretty soon too.

On edit:

I think I figured out whats going to happen (no spoiler, just guessing). Shane will be mortally wounded in a fight with Rick, and Rick will make a painful decision at the end to leave him for dead surrounded by walkers. This keeps in character with Rick, provides a typical Walking Dead cliff hanger ending, and still allows for Shane to come back and be killed again.

And I still think Dale's checking out some time soon.
