I've had it for about 5 months now. Constant! My shrink put me on Wellbutrin, ( also take Cymbalta, 60 mg. once daily. Been on this dose for yrs.) I think it was 150mg once daily. I was on it for a month when the ringing in the ears started. I went off, but the ringing is still there. My bp is fine. Had a hearing test and exam, all fine. My shrink says that tinnitus can just come out of no where and stop out of the blue too. I'm just hoping it is not permanent. I'm a 50 yr old female, for the record. Thanks!

The patient I just visited with reported tinnitus as an associated symptom of the inner ear effusion I diagnosed him with. I got him taken care of. Hope yours resolves soon...

Would you tell me to stop eating them?

(I don't eat red meat and eat lots of fruits and veggies. I'm trying to keep down my grain consumption to lose weight.)

These should resolve in time, but don't make it a daily habit.

A little cardio will take the edge off...
