I must say

I'm getting better at grilling than I thought!!! Cooked two racks of beef ribs, for a family of 4, and there is nothing left!!! Must have inherited my good BBQ genes from my grandfather and father.

Oh, and the beef ribs, were cooked medium... Perfect!!! Nice and soft and juicy!!! With my special BBQ sauce that I mix up. Plus, the way I grill garlic French bread.

I believe it was a good meal for us all.

I wouldn't mind!! I've grilled steaks while it was snowing!!! As long as my men are fed, I'm happy!!!

I have a Weber kettle that simply will not die. I don't like the kettle shape because it makes it harder to slow cook over indirect heat. My wife says that I can get a new one as soon as this one dies. That was 4 years ago and we use it regularly.
