a journal by the bed and every time you woke up you wrote down every dream remnant, your ability to remember more of them improves greatly. it takes a couple of weeks doing it faithfully

I hate to dream. I have long, winding, convoluted dreams that give me a headache.

They are usually not happy dreams.

I do have happy dreams, however, not as often. And lately, I'm dreaming about people I knew when I was younger. Some who are long dead.

Having dreams so vivid, so involving, that I often wake up feeling mentally ( and physically? ) drained. That's why I stopped taking Melatonin as a sleep aid when I worked midnight shift. The dreams were driving me nuts. It took me some time to connect the two though.
